Amazon Supplier Operations & Synchronization System

Pool + More is an end-to-end Amazon supplier automation platform designed to fully synchronize order fulfillment, inventory, and catalog operations between Amazon and external suppliers. The system retrieves Amazon orders, pushes them to suppliers via API, continuously tracks order status, receives shipment confirmations and tracking numbers, and updates them back to Amazon Seller Central. It also monitors late shipments and triggers automated email notifications to ensure SLA compliance. In addition to fulfillment automation, Pool + More synchronizes inventory levels from suppliers to Amazon and ingests supplier product listings, automatically creating and updating Amazon listings to keep the catalog accurate and up to date.
